THIS COMPANY TRIED TO REMOVE MY REVIEW LISTING THAT I WAS NOT WITH THEM WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO PICK UP MY CAR MONTHS AGO AND SPOKE TO THEM EVERYDAY. NOW THAT I WROTE A REVIEW OF THEIR POORNESS THey CLAIM I WAS NOT WITH THEM. I SPOKE TO ALEX, GIL, YOHAN, ZARRAN ALL OF YOU SO THE TRUTH HAS LED YOU TO TRY TO GET MY POST DELETED.



If I can describe this company in one word it would be the word deplorable. Initially when I made my order which was 1 month and some weeks advance I was continuously getting calls and when I paid my deposit everything went down hill. Had to call numerous of time weeks before to confirm whether I had a driver who was picking up my car. Some illiterate female picks up the phone and responds like she rehearsed it for hours saying yes mam we have plenty there is someone who is going to pick it up we will call you in 4 days. 4 days later no call everything from then on if I did not initiate communication they would not. All they care about is the deposit once they get it (THEY ARE BROKERS, THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN TRUCKS), they can give a flying fyck about your concerns. Probably working in a hole in the wall each person I had contact with Miguel, Gil, Yohan, some chick, Zarran were liars the day my car was suppose to be picked no one call and no one showed up. Called and talk to Yohan and he tells me pay more and maybe they will pick up my car. Mind you if these bastards would of told me from the beginning that my car was not going to picked up I would of had no problem but after leaving Las Vegas and having my car in harms way, the last thing I wanted to hear was the run around. They never gave me a clear answer, they were to busy yelling "why are you calling?" as if I was the one who didnt meet on my end. I will not recommend this company to an enemy or even for the extreme the devil. These people are scam artist working in a hole in the wall. I finally got my car ship by an excellent company AAALLSTATES AUTO TRANSPORT AND MY CAR WAS PICKUP THE SAME DAY AND THEY DID NOT CHARGE MY CARD UNTIL MY CAR WAS ON THE TRUCK. ASKING FOR YOUR REFUND IS ANOTHER BATTLE YOU HAVE TO HAVE WITH THIS COMPANY. WILLING TO GIVE IT TO YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SHIPMENT. BUT WHEN YOU WANT YOUR REFUND WILL TELL YOU, YOU HAVE TO EMAIL THE PRESIDENT TO GET IT.

I spoke to Johan and arranged for my daughters' car to be sent from Sacramento to Washington State. I was told driver would call me confirm. I gave them online $195.00 deposit with my Visa (HUGE MISTAKE!) The driver never called so I called to confirm with Johan who I had booked with, he had no idea what was going on I had to tell him driver never showed or called. He said he would reschedule for that day and never called me back OR would get on phone.
So them I spoke to Miguel after no less than 4 phone calls and hours of my day, I said I want to cancel and just have my money refunded. He said, "No Problem," just email accounting and tell them.

It is 3 days later a dozen phone calls-ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES TO SPEAK TO ALEX MCKINSEY, Manager. He was out to lunch or voice mail every time. NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALL 4 DAYS LATER.

GOT EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REFUND MY MONEY numerous basic words misspelled.

My Bank is now doing a fraud investigation. They keep calling and leaving messages but they will not talk to you in person. Called 411 and the only number they have listed is a Fax Number.

PLEASE BEWARE !!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!!!! They have no "accounting office," or accountable record.
I went with the cheapest quote to try to help my daughter who still has no car, ( I need the deposit money to get it to her). Nobody to call back or accept responsibility and I usually would never do a transaction on line and forward a deposit but I was very stupid to trust, Johan and Miguel and MOVE ON TIME. I am forwarding complaint to Attorney General and please know you can too!

I see other comlaints and I believe these guys just run a business over the phone and roll the dice with a subcontactor and then give you such a run around if things go wrong they think you'll give up.

I told Miguel at one point I would contact the Better Business Bureau regarding this, he said, "They are just a scam."
Obviously they have dealt with them before!

Still no money returned, no car delivered and now can't even reach them for refund- YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- DON'T GO WITH CHEAPEST!!!!! Use someone that does all their own transport or you could be as frustrated as myself and my daughter!

The estimate we were given was a "Binding estimate" which means the service would not cost more or cost less. The driver never showed to pick up the car. We did not get any notification. We had to pursue Move On Time to get information. We were told it would cost another $50, even though it was a bound contract (receiving money on a binding estimate makes it a contract). Move On Time could not deliver and would not return money in a timely fashion.
