The low moving quote I got turned out to be all wrong. The price was way more than estimated my items took twice as long to deliver nad I had broken items.

I would never use USA Express again !

After taking my deposit my home sale fell through. I cancelled in the agreed time frame in my case over 4 weeks before my move and that�s when the fangs came out. First they said I would lose my deposit after I went crazy on the sales person they said I would lose only a portion of my deposit and after much fighting and many calls and e mails they finally returned my money 8 weeks later.

This is not how a professional company conducts itself!

I have had a really bad experience with this company and I would urge people to stay away from them. When you look for movers and you read these comments you get confused. I was in the same boat. So 1st I said no to them and then said Ok only because they came and did a inventory in person. For this I was talking to a person called Dana. She was all friendly and made sure she emailed me or called me till she got the papers signed. She told me she will help me from start to end. That is a lie. As soon as the movers came and took my stuff she is no where to be seen. I emailed her, I called her office 5 times and all that they do is avoid connecting me to her. I had a coupon for 50 $ off for packing material. And yet somehow I ended up signing for the same amount she quoted. The guy who came to pick up the stuff said that I should talk to her regarding the coupon. When I tried to contact her there is no reply. The contract they give you is different from what you sign when they pick up the things. The fine print items are all in that yellow sheet. The contract doesnt say anything about the truck coming to drop things off. But after they pick your stuff they explain some things and take your signature. This yellow sheet contains everything that is open for interpretation. Now my stuff reaches after a week and the driver calls. He lands up with this huge truck. He looks at my apartment and says he will charge me 200 USD more to just move my stuff from the truck to the apartment. And when we tell him we will pay him once he unloads since we dont have so much cash in hand, he says bring it now or you dont get your stuff. So my husband runs to the ATM until which time they are just waiting there. The best part is they send 4 uniformed guys to pack. Guess who comes to unLoad? the driver and one helper whom he probably picked up on the way for 30$. This is the worst company and they know that moving is not something that people do often. So they dont care what you go through. PLS PLS DONT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE. Dana might be sweet in the beginning and since she is in sales once you sign off she will never be seen again.I wish I could sue them. The worst part is I went with them even though they charged me 200$ more than every other mover in phoenix.

This is a horrible broker company, they damaged my items charged me all kinds of hidden fees and are the most rude nasty people you could ever come across.

I thought I could say a few extra dollars going with a smaller company! Was I ever wrong.

Save your self from these crooks !

I would have given a much better review had not it been for the late pick up and delivery of my items.

this may not seem like such a big deal but when you pomise dates people make arragements around those promise, they should not be poo pooed like it's no big deal.
