I can't say enough bad things about American express van lines. The price quoted was half of what our move actually cost us in the end.

They came in a rented truck! 3 days late for pick up: They took 4 weeks to deliver my items of which many where broke or smashed.

This company stinks!

American express van lines are nothing but crooks and thieves. They are terrible doubling the price after they pick up your items and they don't even do the move they give it some other moving companies who tell you sorry this is not my problem.

In my 60 years I have never dealt with a company as bad as this.

Premiere Van Lines/American Express Van Lines, who I'm told are owned by brothers, were terrible scam artists. They made me fill out an inventory and update it periodically; in the end, it made no difference because they almost doubled the "guaranteed price." When I refused to sign, the driver threatened to take off with my possessions. They were LATE arriving, LATE delivering, impossible to get in touch with during the time my things were on their trucks, and delivered MANY damaged good. DO NOT even consider using these companies.... ANYONE would be better!
