My husband went on line and filled out a request for a moving quote. Within 24 hours I thought I was going to have to disconnect my phone number. We were flooded with calls from companies. Erik was my contact person at Verizon Van Lines. His approach was not aggressive and fast talking but more on the lines of very informative and assuring. After speaking with him and doing research we decided to use Verizon Van Lines for our move to AZ. Everything went as planned and delivered without any problems. I do highly recommend Verizon Van Lines.

We wanted to share our thoughts on verizon van lines and the great service we received. First of all John our consultant at verizon van lines was the best, he arranged everything and made it easy to understand all our options from the beginning. The movers arrived on time and worked quickly and cleanly. The estimate we received was spot on the money. My family and I fully endorse verizon van lines and their services!

After being stood up by another moving company I came across reviewamover.com and called Verizon Van Lines. I had 2 days to get out of my old home before the new owners were moving in. I spoke with John and then Nicole who assured me that she would be able to have a truck in my driveway within 48 hrs. Although I was quite leery since the last moving company never showed I went with my gut feeling and scheduled with Verizon Van Lines. Tom a dispatch manager contacted me that evening (after business hours which impressed me) to let me know the driver would be there by noon the following day. The next morning the Frank and JJ showed up 45 mins. earlier then anticipated. They did a fantastic job, everything arrived in great condition, and the entire experience was very positive. A BIG Thank You to Verizon Van Lines for living up to your reputation.

Thank god we used Verizon van lines for our move they were great. I never knew about all these websites and after reading some of these reviews it amazes me how bad some of these companies are.I thought the price could be a little better.

Use Verizon van lines we did and would absolutely use them again.

To the staff of Verizon Van lines I commend you on outstanding service from start to finish. From the initial phone call from Nicole to the excellent moving estimate and wonderful move performed by your company you get top honors! I am in a customer service business so I know how difficult it can be to run a company. You made what could have been a highly stressful ordeal, a pleasant and safe move. Everybody went out of there way to make my wife and I completely satisfied with your service and the estimate even came in under the Bid! You here about the Horror stories with moving companies! Not these guy's they are the best Moving Company we have ever used. I speak from experience we have moved 7 times in the last 10 years so I consider myself some what of an expert. I will recommend you to everyone I know!

We just relocated back to the lower 48 after 4 years in Alaska. After reading all the reviews we decided on Verizon van lines and it was the right choice. The agent that performed the move was outstanding specifically Mike and Danny who where on the truck to name names.

The move was first class in every way and far exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to use them again and in fact they are currently moving a neighbor friend of ours who have stated their approval of the service provided.

I moved my mother from Little Rock Arkansas to Detroit Michigan recently and my experience with Verizon Van Lines was excellent. John Turner the Account Executive, was professional, courteous and never tired of the endless questions that me and my family had related to the move. Obryan Harris and Curly the movers were great. They were professional, pleasant, and I'm still marveling at how quickly they packed,loaded and unloaded the truck. I would recommend Verizon Van Lines in a heart beat.

After much research Verizon was the moving company we decided on in the end and it was an excellent choice.

They acted very professionally and the service and price was as agreed to in our estimate, the movers operated flawlessly the only negative if it really is one is that the movers said they would be at our home between 8:00-10:00 AM and did not arrive until 10:45 AM I know it sounds like nit picking but I wanted to give a clear picture of everything.

We would with out doubt use Verizon van lines again.

The service provided was very good they where on time and there was no hidden surprises in the end.

I was very skeptical at first after reading all the horror stories on this and other websites but Verizon did everything to ease my concerns and in the end we can say the move went very well.

Just to mention another great place we researched moving companies was on mesuredup.com they have a great rating system that was easy to navigate as well I am so glad we checked these websites first we almost went with a company that has dismal reviews on these sites.

These dudes are pros! Our move consisted of a 3 bedroom home 8,500 pounds. They had our home packed and loaded in 4 hours just amazing.

The last time we moved we did it ourselves and it took 3 days of loading and a load of frustration, this time we used Verizon and they did great buy us.

I have been in the service industry for over twenty years and can be very critical at times, but I have to give credit where credit is due. Verizon Van Lines was not the first company I booked with sorry to say, the first company I chose was USA Relocation and this was a terrible choice on my part as they never showed up or answered phone calls I will save that for a different review.

So after being stuck I called a few companies and connected with Nicole at Verizon van lines and explained our dilemma, Nicole managed to get a truck to my home the following morning, the crew where great they had my home packed and on the truck in 6 hours we had 10,000 lbs.

The delivery went just as good and the communication was A+.

I wanted to express our gratitude to Verizon Van Lines and Nicole Staci for coming through for our family.

All I can say is wow these guys did a phenomenal job! We filled out one of those online quotes and we must have had 100 phone calls from different moving companies. I was impressed by Verizon's quote right from the start, the coordinated John was to the point and the pricing was black & white.

The agent arrived at our home promptly and performed their work in a professional manner, they delivery was quoted as 7-14 days cross country and arrived on the 12th day & again the movers did a great job.

We where extremely pleased with Verizon van lines and their services and would not hesitate to recommend their services to family and friends.

I want to start by saying what a wonderful job everyone at Verizon van lines has done for me and my family

We had booked our move with another mover < bad move they never showed up I will not go into their name and specifics here and will follow up with another review for them.

So here we are stuck with our home packed franticly looking for a last minute mover, we searched our emails on my laptop and found one of the quotes from Verizon and called.

The consultant was super he really put everything together for us quickly and provided me with some literature on how to get my money back from the company they stood me up.

Verizon had a truck to me by the next day; the load went well and quickly. The movers arrived for delivery with in the agreed window and again where very professional in their work.

My family would highly recommend their services.

I wanted to start by saying that I move often due to business, 4 times in the last 6 years alone.

I have tried every type of mover from the big van lines like United to small mom and pop movers. I had received a ton of quotes for my last move and decided on Verizon van lines.

I relocated from NY-CA and cross country trips are difficult to say the least but the movers where great, they took time in wrapping my items and made sure to protect my floors! This to me was huge as I have all hardwood surfaces.

My items where delivered with in 10 days as promised with out any hidden fees, which was a surprise as a veteran of moving I can tell you this is often not the case as movers have many extra charges that you may stumble in to. I can honestly say that Verizon was the best moving services I have ever used.

I can recommend Verizon van lines whole heartedly

Our family did much research when picking a moving company. We went to all the web sites like the BBB, FMCSA and finally made our choice in Verizon Van Lines.

They were not the cheapest more middle of the road in pricing but we have to say they did an outstanding job; we were really worried that everything would not come together but Nichole our rep timed everything wonderfully.

Our car and home were picked up and delivered on time and with out a hiccup and with in our budget.

Our family recommends Verizon highly

I can't even begin to tell you how great our move went, we being a military family have moved more then a dozen times in the last 9 years and this was by far the best of them all.

The crew chief Ron ran a tight ship making sure every thing was properly packed and quickly and neatly performed.
