We used Bonnie & Sons an agent for National Van Lines in south Florida. The service was fantastic and these guys really hustled. Only small issue was they came later than stated for delivery but other than that I could not ask for more.

The driver, loading & unloading staff from National did an excellent job, however the local agent for National (A to Z Express) from Salem, NH did not.
We paid them quite a bit of money to come in and pack our household goods the day prior to loading.
They brought wardrobe boxes to hang our clothing but chose to roll up our clothes (suits, dresses, pressed shirts, etc) into a ball and stuff them in the wardrobe boxes instead of hanging them. We are now facing several hundred dollars in cleaning and pressing costs to fix what they messed up.
They came in and gave us a very professional presentation and quote, which they met and overall did a good job for us except for the packing of the household goods. The company is run by three brothers and the one responsible for the packing is the cause of this poor review. He was more interested in completing the job by 4PM than doing a good job. I would be very careful if choosing them as the local agent for National.

We just used Bonnie and sons a National van lines agent for our realocation and were very pleased with the service. The price was a little steep compared to other moving quotes we recieved but I guess these are the going rates.

just wanted to point out how well a job th movers did with packing our items.

After much research we picked National van lines to do our move. The mover arrived at our home on moving day at 9:00 AM and beagn packing our items with the moving boxes they came with. The movers did a great job packing our items and we did not have one single damaged item. The moving company deliverd our items quickly to our new home and we were very happy with the service. National van lines is a very good moving company.

We chose National Van Lines because they had a local agent near our home. The came and viewed our items and gave us a binding estimate. The workers did a nice job with our furniture and if we need to move again we would not hesitate to call them again.

What can you say after reading some of the horrible reviews for these scam moving companies I decided to go with the pros? I used National van lines and the service was outstanding. The price I will say was nearly twice as much as some of these smaller moving companies had quoted me but I feel the comfort and security are worth a few dollars more.

This Company is Very Professional,I had a great move,My Movers were on time! nothing damaged,employees were very careful and professional,worked very hard, I had to actually ask them to take atleast a 10 minute break to get a drink,They carefully wrapped my furniture,took furniture apart and put it back together for me! I would highly recommend this company! I can't express How happy I was with my move! Thanks!

Can't go wrong using major van lines, if you have the means it is always better to go with a large reliable and established mover rather then taking a chance on some fly by night.

I had the BEST experience dealing with National Van Lines out of Chicago. After going through the worst ordeal with an auto shipping company I was very nervous to ship my household items. From my initial email contact with National to the day my stuff got delivered I felt as though I was in good hands. My emails were always answered promptly, their phones were always answered and everyone I dealt with from the sales rep, to operations person, credit department and movers provided great customer service. My move was over estmated so I was very happy when my move from AZ to WI only ended up being $1300. My items were picked up and delivered in the time-frame I requested and I was very pleased overall.

An important thing to remember is a lot of big moving companies have agents throughout the states so my best recommendation is to deal directly with the van line company if you can, more than likely you will recieve better service and be in direct contact with people from the headquarters office. Had I dealt with the agent in AZ I understand I may not have had as good of an experience as I did. The closer you can get to dealing with the van line the better. Same thing with brokers, stay away!!! My car situation would have run much better had I worked directly with the trucking company and not a broker.

I would definitley recommend National Van Lines to anyone looking for a moving company.

I moved from Chicago to Portlan Oregon.
It was all smooth from the first call with these guys, email communication, assesment, costs, pickup and delivery.
There not to exceed price was really not to exceed. I shot the weight limit by about 100 pounds.
The driver was very professional and very polite. He visited my home a day earlier to make sure he has parking space.
Came on time on the pickup date. Got very professional helpers with him. they packed and loaded every thing in 3 hours.

On the date of delivery he called a day earlier. Setup the delivery over a weekend. Arrived on time and unloaded, unpacked and re-assembled my furniture.
All along the communication was very good.

The price was higher than few agencies but lower than other reknowned longdistance carriers.
I loved this move. I would recommend them to anybody who is doing a long distance move.

I also had a very good move with Joe bonnie. They where very well organized and the men did a great job. We moved from Lake Worth to Jacksonville. The price was reasonable and we would recommend their services.

I was very happy with the service provided by M&M Movers of National Van Lines. They are located out of Austin Texas and are a full service moving company.

I used their services to move from Texas to Florida and give them an A + and I could not be happier.

I Recommend M&M Highly

Had a great move with Joe Bonnie out of delray beach FL. We movewd localy with in Florida but where very happy with the service.
