HORRIBLE! Please contact me if you are even considering using this company. I am happy to forward anyone a .pdf comprehensive of my claim and the sheer disrespect demonstrated by their claims department. This will include receipts; photo evidence; signatures from their delivery men acknowledging severe damages; presentation of loss; an Excel table illustrating damages and what their respective reimbursements should be; and full e-mail threads between their claim representatives and myself.

E-Z Movers have breached their contract. The metrics used were arbitrary and did not account for the appropriate size (excessively small) to reimburse at the contractual $0.60 per lb. Over $2400 in damages, and I was provided a take-it or leave-it $87 offer. Several of my items never arrived. Both of my couches were torn; kitchen table did not arrive; mattress has mold around the perimeter; two bookshelves arrived as a pile of split boards; and my TV pedestal destroyed.

EZ Movers had the lowest quote we received on our move from MN to NC. However, when they arrived the low quote was completely negated when we were charged SIGNIFICANTLY MORE for "long carry" charges. These long carry charges were the fault of the driver because he did not pull up close enough to the building. These charges were significant and the total overall cost of the move was nearly double our original quote.The head mover we worked with was a jerk and very unpleasant to work with. He told us he was originally from Bulgaria and inadvertently shared that he makes $200,000 a year, which explains the extra fees that we assume go directly to him. There was damage to a significant number of items, which EZ refused to pay because without our knowledge the mover had identified nearly all our furniture items as SC when loading. The SC stood for scratched indicating that these items were damaged prior to moving. However we had recently purchased most of our furniture items.

ANYONE WHO HAS HAD PROBLEMS WITH EZ MOVERS PLS CONTACT ME

I along with many others on here, wish there was a way to give a zero (if not negative) rating.

I went with EZ Movers as they were referred to me by a few friends however, I should have done some further research prior to trusting these bunch of scum bags with my personal belongings.

I used EZ Movers to move me out of my previous home, store my items in their storage facilities for two months, and move me back out into my new place. Everything seemed to be pretty smooth until I realized that my two PC's along with other electronics had gone missing.

The EZ Mover foreman for that day was in awe of the situation himself and though he (along with myself) called it in immediately to claim what had happened... they aren't willing to do anything about it.

Long story short, I submitted a claim in the amount of USD $3,600.00 and they came back with a settlement of USD $30.00 - RIDICULOUS

With that said, I am pursuing this matter legally and I am determined make this known publicly and to bring them down.

Anyone who has had problems with them recently and/or have issues that have not been settled yet, please PM me if interested in joining a Class Action Lawsuit!!

Me pursuing this legally does not remove the fact that E-Z Movers Inc has committed a crime (as described by the detailed police report you'll receive soon) and that you guys have a HUGE reputation across the web for mishandled customers and specially when it comes down to claims.

Additionally, your own foreman admitted to the fact that something was off and I have two witnesses that were present at move-in & move-out that are willing to testify of such when the time comes.

I never thought that my personal belongings would go missing however I should have gathered such with the type of personnel you have working for you of which I'm sure half aren't even documented properly. With that in mind, it's also given me the idea to have E-Z Movers and its entire work force audited by the CBP.

Additionally, I would like to make the BBB aware that despite the fact that on the 26th of July 2010 E-Z Movers Inc. was referred to the Council of BBB due to failure to cooperate with the BBB on advertising matters, E-Z Movers Inc is still advertising that they're a BBB Accredited corporation on their main 1-888-917-8300 main number.

My move with EzMovers from Minnesota to Denver was a complete nightmare. I could have sued for thousands, but I was so so busy as a single career professional closing my recruiting firm in Minneapolis, took a full time job in Colorado and run a national running club outside of my full time job. So I went easy on EzMovers and only put in a claim for cleaning of my white carpet the movers completely destroyed in my house I own in Minnesota that I moved out of. EzMovers agreed to pay for the carpet clean. And the claim was only for around $200. I have yet to see the check that I continuously email about. (I moved in January). And since my place hasn't been able to rent because of the carpet, since the professional carpet cleaner wasn't able to get the damage out of the carpet that EzMover movers did to the carpet, I now had to replace the entire carpet, that is being done this week, because the house hasn't rented because every showing the potential renters say something about the carpet (that Ezmovers movers destroyed). I have items missing, they damaged some of my furniture, destroyed my carpets, quoted me HALF of what they "really" charged me (and they told me AFTER they had everything almost in the truck), they threw their soft drink bottles and cups and food wrappers on my white carpet at my Minnesota house like it was a dumpsite and left them there, moved my expensive things around like it was junk, ohhh my god I had steam coming out of my ears, .. and they forgot my grill and the items on my patio that I told them about, which by the way are still there in Minnesota. This was the worst moving experience I had in my life, and the company can't even pay a $200 check they officially agreed to pay? On top of that, the movers told me they hardly ever do packing for the customer, which they clearly weren't trained for. I paid extra for packing service, and their idea of packing was taking a drawer, turning it upside down and dumping it into a box. EzMovers is a NIGHTMARE.
